Color white is the color of PERFECTION and PURITY. It widens the room even if it's narrow and tight.

The Obliteration art originally from Yayoi Kusama, a Japanese Contemporary Artist, starts with a room painted white as well as its fixtures and furniture and everything in it is white.

It is an installation art that gives audience a chance to participate and stick colorful stickers wherever they like without any rules.

Obliterate meaning, to wipe-out  or erase. This is where the lifeless room comes in and where audience livens it up with variety of stickers.

The presence of life, dynamics and creativity is shown in this installation art. Also, it is not about the output, but the input that students

allotted to bring this art into existence.

There were 2 days of preparation, though encountered challenges, still we thrived and achieved a wonderful product.

There were many of us. Finally we experienced true collaboration. We never knew each other, but with this project, we now know

that with all our differences comes different powerful characteristics that help each and everyone fulfill their duties, with the help of others of course.

Yayoi Kusama helped me understood that abstract is not about the feeling or emotion of the artist, but with installation art, it is about the audience's as well.

.

In conclusion, I learned the real meaning of art and collaboration, these are the ingredients of INSTALLATION ART.

I would like to extend this gratification to our professor Mr. Ruben for guiding and being absolutely patient with us.

If it wasn't for him, the exhibit will never be a blast. Mr. Andre of Museo for letting us facilitate the venue.

Also, for the Architecture community for continuing the exhibit until next week, we are really proud!

In behalf of all sections and courses who participated, we are grateful and proud of our hard work.
